Where We Ship

Probably Aliens ships worldwide, including to PO Boxes and US Military APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time

Because every order is custom-made, please allow 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for production and quality control before your order ships. Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or US public holidays.

Shipping Times

•         United States: 4–5 business days after processing

Estimated total delivery time for US customers: 5–8 business days in regular seasons.

Shipping Rates

•         US standard: $6.00 USD flat rate

•         US orders over $75: Free standard shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2–4 days after shipment for the carrier to scan and update tracking information.

Multiple Items in One Order

Because each item is custom-produced, items in the same order may be printed and shipped separately so they reach you as quickly as possible. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. The remaining items are on their way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. Probably Aliens has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Orders refused due to customs charges are non-refundable.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak holiday seasons, or other force majeure events are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist where we can.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Probably Aliens is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
